Local-Childcare is a brand operated by Wecareyoucare Ltd. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wecareyoucare Ltd, the operator of the Local-Childcare service.

Local-Childcare is the name used for our childcare marketplace and childcare-setting tools.

These Terms of Service explain at a high level the terms that govern use of Local-Childcare, the service operated by Wecareyoucare Ltd. They are provided so visitors can find this information easily while the full legal wording is being finalised.

Local-Childcare provides a childcare marketplace and business tools. Marketplace listings may include imported public information and do not, by themselves, mean that a childminder has an authenticated Local-Childcare account.

You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your account details secure. You must use the service lawfully and respect the privacy, safety and rights of other people.

Parents should make their own suitability checks before arranging childcare. Childminders remain responsible for the accuracy of their profile and the services they offer.

Local-Childcare helps parents discover childcare and contact settings. We do not provide childcare, employ childminders or guarantee that a listing is available, suitable or complete.

Specific product, payment and Business Hub terms will be published here before those terms apply to a paid service.
